This fruit infusion treats you to sweet and juicy berry flavours with a lemony twist. Beetroot pieces add the final touch of colour to this beautiful brew.

Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the fruit and infuse for 5-7 minutes. pineapple cubes (pineapple, sugar), apple pieces, flavouring, beetroot, freeze-dried whole blueberries, freeze-dried lemon peel, freeze-dried lemon granules (maltodextrin, fruit (lemon juice), natural lemon, gelling agent: sodium alginate).
