We dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same business day and ship New Zealand-wide via NZ Couriers, or NZ Post for PO Boxes. New Zealand Delivery
Courier Delivery, New Zealand Wide
We use NZ Couriers for all New Zealand deliveries to residential and business addresses. We use NZ Post for PO Box deliveries. Shipping is free on orders of $85 or over, otherwise a flat rate of $8.90 applies. All orders placed before 3pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel on the NZ Couriers or NZ Post website.

Undelivered Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
If your order has not arrived within two business days of the expected delivery window, please contact us or reply to your order confirmation email. You can also call 0800 853 238 or +64 4 589 0085 with your order number. Claims for non-delivery cannot be accepted more than 30 days after the date of order.

Free store pickup is available at both our Wellington CBD retail store and our Lower Hutt warehouse in Petone. Select your preferred pickup location directly from the checkout page.

International Shipping
We ship to a range of countries worldwide including the United States. International orders are shipped tax-free, saving 15% off listed prices, and leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. You can choose between DHL Express and NZ Post International options, if available, at checkout.
Orders to the USA are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all import duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout so there are no surprise charges when your order arrives. International shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Rates
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. DHL Express and NZ Post International options, if available, will be displayed with live pricing once you enter your delivery address. Rates vary by destination and order size, so the exact cost is shown before you complete your purchase.
All international orders are tracked. Delivery estimates are based on experience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, border processes, or carrier capacity. These are outside our control.
Holiday period notice: During the Christmas and holiday period (1 November to 15 January), delivery times may increase due to carrier delays beyond our control. Please allow additional time when ordering during this period.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The receiver is responsible for paying any duties and taxes that may apply. Some commodities may have a duty exemption or discount depending on the type of good, country of manufacture, and country sent from.
Orders to the USA are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all import duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout so there are no surprise charges when your order arrives. The amount shown at checkout is the total you pay, with no additional fees on delivery.
Orders to all other countries are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which requires the recipient to pay any applicable duties and taxes to the shipping agent, DHL Express or NZ Post International, before delivery.
Country Border Controls for Tea Products
Importation rules vary by country and we cannot guarantee that all teas and infusions will be permitted entry at every border. If an imported tea does not meet border requirements, it may be heat-treated at the importer's expense or destroyed. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or issues that occur after an order has left our facility.
Australian customers: Australian biosecurity restrictions mean that teas or infusions containing seeds, nuts, fruits, citrus pieces, or flowers may be detained by Australian Customs and are purchased at your own risk. We do not recommend ordering herbal infusions or teas containing these ingredients for delivery to Australia. Please check current Australian biosecurity guidelines before placing your order.
