Delicate yet rounded, this Fujian-grown white tea offers soft floral sweetness, crisp fruit notes, and gentle savoury depth.

Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the leaves and infuse for 5-7 minutes. May be infused a number of times.white tea.
