A rare and revered white tea from Fujian - subtly sweet, delicately floral, and beautifully smooth from first sip to last.

Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the leaves and infuse for 5-7 minutes. May be infused a number of times.white tea
