A blend of red rooibos with caramel chunks and safflower blossoms. It smells like a candy bar, but once brewed it doesn't taste as sweet as expected. Try it instead of dessert, or better yet, with dessert!

Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the rooibos and infuse for 5-7 minutes. red rooibos, caramel bits (water, sugar, condensed MILK), glucose syrup, whole MILK powder, flavouring, safflower petals.
