Rooibos combined with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, pepper, star anise and cloves. Spicy and full of flavour. Good with a touch of milk and sweetener.

Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the rooibos and infuse for 5-7 minutes. rooibos, cinnamon, cardamom seeds, ginger, orange peels, black pepper, star anise, cloves.
