Quantity

A mellow green tea blended with beetroot, ginger and a whisper of cinnamon. It brews to a bright pink liquor with a gently spiced, not too sweet character.

Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 80-90C, over the leaves and infuse for 2-3 minutes.
