Also known as red bush tea, rooibos is a great caffeine free alternative to black tea, plus has the benefit of being high in antioxidants, low in tannins and organic.

Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the rooibos and infuse for 5-7 minutes. rooibos
