Grown in the misty hills of Fukuoka and Mie, this shaded green tea brews into a clear green liquor bursting with sweet umami and a silky mouthfeel. Expect notes of fresh greens, nuts, and a delicate creaminess - an elegant introduction to Japan's prized shaded teas.
Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled spring water, cooled to 60-70C, over the leaves and infuse for 1-2 minutes.green tea
