Logging In to Your t leaf T Account
We've moved to a new website and the way you log in has changed. Don't worry — your account and order history have come with us. This guide will have you back in your account in just a few steps.
How to Log In - Email Address
Our website uses Shopify's customer account system. There is no app to download and no password to set up. All you need is the email address you use to place orders with us.
Step 1: Click the account icon at the top right of our website, or click the Log In link in the announcement bar at the top of the page.

Step 2: Enter the email address you use when placing orders with t leaf T and then either Orders or Profile depending on where you want to be directed.

Step 3: Check your email inbox for a six-digit verification code. Enter the code on the screen. This code expires after a few minutes, so enter it promptly.

Step 4: You're in. You'll be taken straight to your orders or profile selection, where you can view your complete order history, manage your details, and update your delivery address.
That's all there is to it. The same steps work whether you've logged in before or this is your first time — just enter your email and use the verification code we send you.
How to Log In - Shop
Step 1: Click the account icon at the top right of our website, or click the Log In link in the announcement bar at the top of the page.

Step 2: Click the purple Sign in with Shop button and follow the directions.
That's it.
Checking Out Without Logging In
You don't need to log in to place an order. You can proceed through checkout as a guest and enter your details as normal. Your order confirmation and shipping updates will be sent to your email address.
Tracking a Guest Order
If you checked out without logging in, you can still track your order using the link in your original order confirmation email. You'll be asked to verify your identity with your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.
Viewing Your Full Order History
To see a complete history of all your past orders in one place, you'll need to log in using the steps above. There's no password or app required — just your email address and a verification code. If you've ever ordered from us, your history will be waiting for you.
