What makes oolong tea different?
Oolong tea is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis tea plant. During production, the leaves are allowed to oxidise to a selected level before being shaped and finished. This creates a wide range of aromas, colours and flavours.

How to brew oolong tea
Oolong teas can be brewed in a teapot, infuser or gaiwan. Use the temperature and steeping time recommended on the individual product page, as lighter and darker oolongs can require different preparation.
Many oolongs are suitable for multiple infusions. Shorter steeps allow the leaves to open gradually and can reveal different flavours across each cup.
