The aroma is simply wonderful, the flavour is totally refreshing and the colour is gorgeous. Iced or hot, this fruit tisane is absolutely fabulous.

Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the fruit and infuse for 5-7 minutes. hibiscus flowers, grapes, elderberries, red groats flavour, black currants, blueberries.
