This fragrant bergamot flavoured green tea is an ideal way to introduce yourself to green tea's many health benefits. Best enjoyed from mid-morning onwards.

Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 80-90C, over the leaves and infuse for 2-3 minutes. green tea, bergamot flavour.
