It’s our way of thanking you for shopping with t leaf T. All you need to do is give your name and email address to sign up as a t leaf T In-store Loyalty Program Member.
Terms & Conditions
The t leaf T In-store Loyalty Program (referred to hereafter as "Loyalty Program") is operated by t leaf T Limited. Each member of the Loyalty Program is bound by these terms and conditions.
Loyalty Program Membership
1. We will contact you primarily by email and/or standard post from time to time to keep you informed of Loyalty Program holder benefits and offers.
2. We will use your personal information for our own marketing and promotional purposes. We will not provide your details to third party companies for marketing purposes.
3. t leaf T will take all measures to ensure compliance with its obligations under the Privacy Act in relation to your personal information.
4. Your Loyalty Account can be used to accrue Loyalty Discounts at any of our t leaf T stores nationwide.
5. The Loyalty Program cannot be used to accrue Loyalty Discounts at t leaf T resellers or the t leaf T on-line store www.tleaft.co.nz
6. The Loyalty Program cannot be used by trade or corporate account holders.
8. You can alter, update or cancel your personal information at any time by sending an email to info@tleaft.co.nz or by mailing us at PO Box 33139, Petone, Lower Hutt, 5046.
9. t leaf T reserves the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions and/or the qualifying and reward discount amounts of the Loyalty Program at any time. Any changes made to the terms and conditions will be posted on the t leaf T website www.tleaft.co.nz/loyalty-retail-store and a copy will be available in store.
10. Continued participation in the Loyalty Program will indicate the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
11. t leaf T may cancel any membership of the Loyalty Program at any time at its absolute discretion.
12. t leaf T is not responsible for any correspondence lost or delayed in the mail, or emails/faxes, which have been delayed or lost as a result of a malfunction or breakdown in any electronic system.
Personal Loyalty Program
1. To have your purchases added onto your Loyalty Account, you must present either your card or give sufficient personal details to find your account at the time of purchase. Purchases cannot be added at a later stage.
2. Purchases paid for with t leaf T Gift Cards qualify to be added to your Loyalty Program‘s running total; however the purchase of t leaf T Gift Cards is excluded from the Loyalty Program.
3. Any returns made will be deducted from your Loyalty Program's running total.
4. Once your purchases on your Loyalty Account reach a total of $100 you will then be entitled to a $5 discount on your next in-store purchase.
5. Your discount must be applied on your next purchase and may not be accrued.
6. The $5 discount is not redeemable for cash and can only be redeemed at any t leaf T store (on-line store and t leaf T resellers excluded) nationwide for any item except t leaf T Gift Cards.
7. Loyalty Program running totals do not expire, however if there is no activity on your Loyalty Account over a 24 month period, your Loyalty Account Program membership will be canceled and your personal spend totals will be removed.
8. Lay-bys can be added onto your Loyalty Program at the time of the final payment.
