Crafted from first-harvest Tencha, our Japan Matcha offers rich savoury depth, light crema, and a mellow aftertaste. Sourced from Fukuoka, Kyoto, and Mie, it delivers creamy umami with gentle sweetness. Perfect for traditional whisked teas and lattes, with no sharp bitterness.

Use 1 tsp per cup. Pour a few drops of freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the powder to turn the tea into a paste, add the remaining water and drink immediately. green tea
