Peachy Plus Fruit Loaf

Made with Peachy Plus Fruit Tisane

Sun-ripened peach and tropical fruit flavours from our Peachy Plus Tisane make this simple loaf something special. Gloriously easy to make and even better the next day.

Makes: One medium loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup Peachy Plus Fruit Tisane
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Method

  1. Combine water, Peachy Plus Tisane and brown sugar in a saucepan. Boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the butter. Allow to cool until nearly cold.
  3. Stir in the flour and baking soda until just combined.
  4. Pour into a greased medium loaf tin. Bake at 180°C for 1 to 1½ hours, until a skewer comes out clean.
  5. Cool in the tin before turning out. Serve sliced with butter.
