Green tea

Leaves from the Camellia Sinensis bush are withered, steamed or roasted, rolled and heat fired without fermentation, keeping them close to their natural form. These teas are typically low in caffeine and high in free-radical-fighting flavanoid antioxidants, as well as flouride, potassium and vitamins A, C and E.
