I didn't receive my 4th free pouch

Have you used a discount voucher code with your order? Unfortunately, our best buy deal is not valid with any other offers as stated on our website. As soon as you enter any discount voucher code on the checkout page the website refreshes the page and removes the 4th free pouch. This is also reflected in your order confirmation email that you would have received. If you’d like to take advantage of the best buy deal we can absolutely organise that for you and then re-set your coupon code so that you can use it on another purchase.
