t leaf T has always delivered high quality and safe products, but beyond our strict Hazard Analysis at Critical Control Points (HACCP) system, we also aim to operate under the highest ethical standards; being mindful of human rights and the environment.

At t leaf T we are committed to behaving responsibly, ethically and sustainably; we conduct our business in full compliance with relevant laws and we are guided by honesty and integrity. We want to engage with suppliers who value our principles and share this commitment.

We value and respect our Suppliers and appreciate there will be differences in cultures and values. However, there are certain ethical standards of operation and business conduct that we require our Suppliers and partners to adhere to. For this reason, we have developed the t leaf T Ethical Code of Conduct which our suppliers must agree too, not only for us but to give all consumers of our range of teas & infusions peace of mind.

t leaf T’s Suppliers are expected to support our values and assure compliance in all contracting and sub-contracting arrangements and/or in any other relationships related to the business of t leaf T. It is also expected that Suppliers continuously strive to improve the efficiency and sustainability of their operations.
