Description
One of the finest grades of Chinese jasmine tea. Slender leaves with many silver tips produce a delicate, sweet flavour.
Brewing
Use 1/2 tsp per cup or 1/2 tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the leaves and infuse for 1-3 minutes. May be resteeped several times. Try brewing in a glass tumbler without using a filter.
