Brewing
Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the leaves and infuse for 3-5 minutes. Add milk or sweetener as desired.

EARL GREY BLUE FLOWER: black tea, bergamot flavouring, cornflower petals.
CHAI: black tea, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom seeds, ginger, star anise, green cardamom pods, flavouring.
CREME BRULEE: black tea, cream-caramel pieces (sweetened condensed skimmed MILK, sugar, glucose, molasses, butter fat, wetting agent: soritol, emulsifying agent: mono- and diglyceride of adible fatty acids), brittle pieces (sugar, HAZELNUTS, invert sugar), flavouring. CONTAINS HAZELNUTS & MILK PRODUCTS (INCLUDING LACTOSE). May contain traces of milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soy & gluten
CHRISTMAS TEA: black tea, orange peel, chopped ALMONDS, cloves, flavour, rose petals, cardamom seeds, natural flavour, natural bourbon vanilla flavour extract. CONTAINS ALMONDS. May contain traces of nuts.
MONKS BLEND: black tea, green tea, flavouring, tea blossoms, vanilla pieces.
GORGEOUS GREY: black tea, orange peels, bergamot
